Although Cinderford had only 1 swimmer competing in the County Blocks at 800m and 1500m distances, Nia Westlake did herself and the Club proud achieving 2 medals.
In the 800m Nia picked up the pace in the second half to secure the bronze medal position and a new PB. 2 weeks later in the 1500m she went out from the start showing excellent pacing throughout and sprinted the last 50m home to pick up a well deserved silver medal and another personal best time.
