Billy Harris had a great weekend at the Hereford Open Meet coming away with 4 well deserved medals. In the morning he took silver in the 200m freestyle and the 100m backstroke both just off his PB’s; the afternoon session saw him in the 100m freestyle receiving his third silver before smashing his previous PB in the 200m backstroke by 14 seconds to win an excellent 4th silver medal. Mitch Savage swam well to take time off both his 100m and 200m freestyle races and George Fear improved his 100m butterfly time with a capable swim. The only girl swimming for Cinderford was Casey Davis who achieved a large PB of 13 seconds in her 200m IM and had an impressive swim at a new distance for her of 100m freestyle
