Normal swimming sessions resume on Wednesday 4 January 2012
Excellent results and a big WELL DONE to everyone who competed in the Arena League - the Lydney/Cinderford team came 2nd and are likely to move up into Division 2 in 2012.
WELL DONE to Nia on winning gold and silver at 1500m and 800m in the County Blocks 2012.
Congratulations to the Cinderford Masters team who competed and won the Forest Pulse swimathon.
GOOD LUCK to the Masters who are competing on Sat 7 January in the Open Meet in Shrewsbury.

The first Cotswold League gala this year is on Sat 21 January at Lydney
A fun gala is being held at Heywood on Saturday 4th Feb at 4.15pm, all Cinderfords entrants in the BCLSC in 2011 are eligible to swim.

~ The 2011 Challenge. During the year, you can attempt to swim the equivalent of The English Channel (for some - many times) from Dover to Calais. We will add up the lengths you swim each training session and the total of these distances will be posted on the noticeboard regularly. You will be issued with a passport to chart your progress.
